ParkPlus gives you complete control over defining and managing your parking properties. Set up specific rules, link enforcement partners, and keep everything organized in one place. It's powerful, flexible, and designed to make managing multiple locations a breeze.

Finding Your Property List:
Navigate to the 'Properties' section using the main menu. This page displays all the properties managed by your company, often showing key details at a glance.
Adding a New Property:
Setting up a new location in ParkPlus is straightforward:
- Locate "Add Property" Button: On the main 'Properties' page, click the "Add Property", "New Property", or button.

Enter Basic Details: This opens the 'Property Configuration' page. Fill in the core details:
- Property Name: Give it a clear, recognizable name.
- Address: Enter the full street address.
- Email & Phone: Contact details for this property (optional).
- Towing Company: Crucial! Select the authorized towing partner from the dropdown. This determines which towing company receives tow requests.
- Enabled: Check to make the property active. Uncheck to disable it temporarily.
- Notification Recipients: Enter comma-separated email addresses to receive tow alerts for this property.

Configure Guest Parking Rules (Optional): Set rules for guest parking if applicable:
- Enable Guest Parking: Check if allowed.
- Interval & Metric: Standard pass duration (e.g., 4 hours).
- Amount: Cost per pass (0 if free).
- Max Interval: Longest single pass validity (e.g., 24 hours).
- Max Renewals: How many times a pass can be renewed.
Example: Interval=4, Metric=hours, Amount=0, Max Interval=24, Max Renewals=1 means a free 4-hour pass, renewable once (total 8 hours within 24h max).

Set Up Tow Notifications (Optional):
- Tow Notification Recipients: Enter email addresses (comma-separated) to notify when a tow occurs here (e.g., `manager@email.com, security@email.com`).
Benefit: Keeps key personnel informed in real-time.
- Review & Save: Double-check all details, then click "Save", "Create", or "Submit".
Editing an Existing Property:
Need to adjust rules or update info? No problem:
- Go to Property List: Navigate to the main 'Properties' list.
- Find Property: Locate the property you want to modify.
- Click Edit: Click the "Edit", "Configure", or pencil icon () next to its name.
- Make Changes: Update any of the fields (basic details, guest rules, notifications, etc.).
- Save: Click "Save", "Update", or "Submit" to apply your changes.
Deleting a Property:
If a property is no longer under your management:
- Go to Property List: Navigate to the main 'Properties' list.
- Find Property: Locate the property to remove.
- Click Delete: Click the "Delete", "Remove", or trash can icon () next to its name.
- Confirm: Confirm the deletion when prompted.
