Knowledge is power, and ParkPlus Reports give you valuable insights into your parking operations! Understand enforcement activity, track vehicle registrations, and make informed decisions based on real data. Our reports are designed to be clear and easy to generate.
Why use reports? Identify trends, monitor activity levels across properties, and gain a deeper understanding of your parking ecosystem.
Generating a Report:
Accessing your data is simple. Select a date range using the calendar pickers. The system automatically adjusts for your company's timezone to ensure accurate reporting.
- Navigate to Reports: Go to the 'Reports' section from your main menu.

Select Options: Choose the report parameters:
- Select Report Type: Use the dropdown to choose "Towing Activity" or "Property Report".
- Select Dates: Use the calendar pickers to choose a 'Start Date' and an 'End Date'.
- For Towing Activity, this defines the analysis period.
- For Property Report, dates don't affect output (shows current totals), but must be selected.
- Generate: Click the "Generate Report", "Run", or "Submit" button.
- View Results: The report data will appear below, often as charts or tables.
Understanding the Reports:
This report focuses on enforcement actions within the date range you selected.
- Tows per Property: Count of tows from each property.
- Scans per Property: Count of tag scans at each property.
Use this report to: Monitor enforcement levels, compare activity between properties, and track patrol coverage over specific timeframes.
This report gives you a snapshot of the total number of vehicles currently registered at each property.
- Vehicles per Property: Total count of active permits (tags) per property.
Note: The start and end dates you select do not affect this report; it always shows the current registration count.
Use this report to: Understand current permit allocation, see how many vehicles are registered per property, and get a quick overview of parking capacity usage.
